Ankur brings over 20 years of extensive experience in building centers of excellence, running profit centres globally, strategic client engagement and channel management. An out-of-the-box thinker and an enterprising leader with proven abilities, he is instrumental in leading teams towards the achievement of organizational goals and industry best practices. At HireX, he is spearheading company’s global operations, client engagements and project delivery in North America and Asia. Ankur has bachelor’s degree in commerce from MJP Rohilkhand University and is settled in Greater Toronto Area of Canada where he lives with his wife, two super energetic boys and a pet named Nova. His pet passion is biking and you can often spot him in the western countryside of GTA or hiking on one of the many scenic trails.

CFO
Manish is a leading entrepreneur with expertise in key markets of North America, Europe and India. He has been successfully running diverse businesses from textiles, energy and recruitment. The finely-honed skillset acquired by running large businesses gives HireX an extra edge when handling large orders delivered to global-best standards. In his spare time, he is an avid movie buff and has been a martial arts practitioner for the past twenty years.
Swagnik Mitra
Associate Director – Sales and Operations
A self-confessed workaholic, Swagnik drives the business end of HireX. He works with delivery teams, clients, consultants and handles vendors with aplomb. His motto is ‘Never stop learning’ and he is always looking out for some good competition. The secret sauce of his success is to treat every delivery resource with respect and make them feel a part of the HireX family. A complete team player, he believes in setting shared goals and going after them together. He kickstarts every day with a morning meet of the entire delivery team and dives in to achieve the goals decided. When he’s not working, you’ll find him with his pet Pluto or hiking in the wilderness.
